Technical eCommerce Copywriter

    • You’ll collaborate with our content manager to write compelling material around provided outlines that promote the value propositions of our products and educates readers around eCommerce best practices.

    • You’ll write content that is easy to digest for readers while maintaining a consistent and relatable voice and tone throughout.

    • You’ll write content that can be easily repurposed across various social platforms - think Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok.

    • You have familiarity with the eCommerce space and writing around related eCommerce themes and apps. If this experience is specific to Shopify, even better!

    • Technical writing capabilities as it relates to eCommerce and Shopify.

    • You are comfortable writing content for both B2B and B2C audiences.

    • You understand how to distill complex ideas and concepts into information that is accessible to a general audience.

    • You can produce 2-4 pieces of work a month ranging anywhere from 500 - 2,500 words a piece.

    • You are respectful of deadlines

    • You are comfortable managing communication and work through Slack, Asana, Google Drive and Notion

We are looking for someone eager to play an integral role in increasing the brand exposure and growth of Elementum by creating compelling copy that engages and educates our audience. Starting out, your focus will be helping to create a knowledge base that gives our customers the tools they need to successfully navigate the Shopify space and use our products.
